Buyers:
No lowballing
If you know where to get it cheaper, tell the seller through PM

No slandering
If you don’t like the seller for whatever reason, do not slam him/her in this section.
(Unless this seller is a known Troll, still don’t slam them but DEFFINATLEY let us know with links)

Sellers:
Note thread title
Note the title FS: FT: so others know what is going on

Be reasonable
If it goes for $100 on eBay, chances are you won’t get $200 for it here

No auctions
Simply set a price, if you are negotiable good, but NO auctions

List item accurately
If it is new, state it. If it is broken, state it.
(Lying will get you labeled as a troll and possibly banned)

References and pictures
If you are new to forum selling, extra things may be required for you to sell.
(Such as shipping first, don’t expect warmth from those who don’t know you)

Shipping
You must agree to ship in a timely manner unless you state otherwise in your thread (a week or more to ship is NOT timely)

Both parties:
Work together to make a deal good. If you come across issues, handle them yourselves unless there is no other avenue. This site is NOT responsible for what is bought and sold here, so don’t expect a mod or admin to go to the person’s house and rough him up. For new people, we are a group that is very sketchy about new folks selling things. Too often has a member on this forum and others been burned or had to deal with other agencies. So don't expect a known member to send a grip of money to you, you may have to negotiate the deal.

Anything can be sold in the CLASSIFIEDS section. But be warned, If we find out you're a dealer selling without permission, your add will be deleated and you may also be banned from the site.

My name is Vince; I have been a good friend of Jay's (Owner of Forum) for many years.
I started a forum way back in the late 90's that was so huge it was affecting my bandwidth so Jay took it over and started along with my moderator’s real car audio. I have known Xmax, Gmac for years in the old forum.

Any how Yes I have permission to offer great deals to jay's members. From time to time I
get a ridiculous offer from a manufacture that I cannot refuse so I buy the whole lot.

I will list them in the Classifieds, All my merchandise is Brand New and the prices will be wholesale or better.

Vince, it would be better to have your ads in the "VENDORS" section. We are trying to keep the classifieds for the private sales and purchases of products.

To all members, Vince is a great guy. He's very reliable on his products and warranties.
