Scosche Industries has announced that it is now shipping its updated pocket installation kit for the Scion. The updated installation kit, the SCN2056B, has updated brackets added to accommodate the 2005-up Scion tC.
With the dealer in mind, Scosche upgraded its existing Scion installation kit rather than creating a new sku for dealers to stock.
According to Kas Alves, vice president sales and marketing Scosche Industries, "We understand the needs of the dealers and are committed to developing products that help their business. The Scion tC is a popular new vehicle. Our updated kit will enable simple and seamless installation of any aftermarket head-unit."
All SCN2056B pocket installation kits manufactured after April 21 will include the new brackets. To complete the OEM look and feel of an aftermarket head unit, the Scosche TA02B for 1986-up Toyota/Scion wiringharness completes the installation needs.
Similar to all Scosche installation kits, the SCN2056B features a DIN mount, radio rear support and high heat ABS plastic. The installation kit also features Scosche's patented snap-on pocket system capable of storing 2 CD in jewel cases. The installation kit can be easily upgraded to include the SoundKase in-dash (SK-4) which features a unique push-to-open storage unit for individual CDs or DVDs.
The SCN2056B is available now at specialty retailers across the country at a suggested retail price of $19.95.
